At Pixie Dust Spa, we take great care to provide a high-quality experience for every guest. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.
Services
Due to the nature of spa services, completed treatments are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your treatment, please let us know at the time of your visit so we can address your concerns where possible.
Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.
No-Shows
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Gift Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotional offers, including discounts, are non-refundable.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Refunds outside of this policy may be considered at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
