These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Pixie Dust Spa. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Appointments and Bookings

All treatments are offered by appointment only. Bookings can be made online, by email, or by phone.

Please ensure all personal details provided at the time of booking are accurate so we can contact you if needed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in the full treatment cost being charged.

We understand that emergencies happen and will always aim to be fair where possible.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests. The full treatment price will still apply.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise stated.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your treatment. This includes pregnancy, scalp conditions, or recent medical procedures.

Pixie Dust Spa cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions where information has not been disclosed prior to treatment.

Treatment Suitability

Some treatments may not be suitable for everyone. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust a treatment if we believe it is not safe or appropriate for you.

Gift Vouchers and Promotions

Gift vouchers and promotional offers:

Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be used within the stated validity period
Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated

Personal Belongings

Please ensure your personal belongings are kept safe during your visit. Pixie Dust Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Behaviour

We strive to maintain a calm, respectful environment for all guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
